Vintage Cloisonné Mini Egg on Wooden Stand | Asian Art Egg | Floral Cloisonné

We love beautiful cloisonné and have seen so many vases we've lost count. However, this is our first egg! This lovely miniature cloisonné egg is a perfect addition to a collection, or maybe a great start for a new collection!

Cloisonné is the technique of creating designs on metal vessels with colored-glass paste placed within enclosures made of copper or bronze wires, which have been bent or hammered into the desired pattern. The finest cloisonné is smooth with no gaps between the metal outline and the filling. This egg is smooth and perfectly filled.

• Eggs measure approx 1 1/4" tall x 1" diameter at widest. Add the stand and it measures about 1 3/4" tall.
• Egg has a small hole on the wide end that could be used to add a hanger
